Hysterical!

That is the what I have to say about Ryan T. Higgin’s story, We Don’t Eat Our Classmates. I literally was laughing out loud in the middle of Barnes and Noble when I was flipping through this book on a lazy summer day. Man, it is sure going to be tough giving up my reading days once school starts again in a few weeks!

In We Don’t Eat Our Classmates, Penelope Rex is starting school. She is worried that her classmates may not like her. Unfortunately, Penelope Rex’s fears come true. Her classmates struggle to understand Penelope Rex, and they do not wish to play with her.

The problem is that her classmates do not like Penelope Rex because of something she keeps doing. After all, it is not fun being friends with a dinosaur that keeps eating you! No matter how often Penelope Rex is reminded, she just doesn’t seem to be able to stop.

In case you are wondering, Penelope Rex does eventually learn her lesson, but in a manner that will absolutely surprise you!

Be sure to read We Don’t Eat Our Classmates by Ryan T. Higgins. You are going to want to see the surprising way Penelope Rex might just get a taste of her own medicine.
